I definitely do like the stylized look you gave him with the enlarged appendages. Your first screenshot has what looks like a chip in your character's arm where the muscles divide. You may want to consider smoothing this a little so the gap is not so deep.
looks good. watch the smoothing groups on the ear so you don't get the weird shadow behind it combine several smoothing groups with the polys between them being part of both groups

I'm really liking this. The Finger's are pretty sweet (I like how exaggerated they are) and the brainy looking head is cool too.

This guy's pretty neat. Will you bring him into ZBrush? I really think it's a good start. You have a good understanding of anatomy don't you?
