Very good level concept, your textures are sound and work very well together. I really don't even feel qualified to critique this because it is very well done.
Your level looks extremely awesome so far, really professional looking models and textures. The only problem I see is what I like to call "the gears of war effect", which is when the large majority of things are either grey or brown. I find those colors extremely boring, but you're planning on adding a biodome, so I'm sure you'll have some greens (one of my favorite colors) in there.
Other then the color selection (which, at the end of the day, is understandeable), it looks nice.
I really like this level. It has a dark, grimy feel to it and that gives it an excellent aesthetic. The pieces are really nicely created and the details like the lights really add a lot.
The main concern I have with the pieces is that they aren't very modular. The structure of the scene looks great but I think it would be hard or even impossible to repurpose the assets you've created. The grating and walls are designed for the this space specifically. By breaking it into a few smaller chucks you could take a few grates/wall pieces and populate them throughout the scene without any loss of detail. Smaller modules actually make it easier to get more detail.
I think your level is really great Danny. I really like the lighting you have in your scene, I think it can be a stronger piece by adding those fine details like wear and tear on the rocks and dirtying up the equipment. Nice work man.

I like it. my one comment might be that the walks are only a bunch of circles you might want to look into more wire mesh type textures.
Oh, I just saw the render with green-ish lighting. I think that works really well and definitely helps take away from the brown and gray.
I like the catwalk but I think there should probably be guard rails to prevent people from... Dying.
The lights you have set up, though not yet textured, look really sweet and I think compliment the overall atmosphere of your level.
