I think my favorite part of this is the skybox, because it lends a very mystical feel to the whole scene which really adds to the magical tower idea.

You mentioned needing better trees, which is true, but I still think you could instance pieces of the trees and use the pieces to create uniqueness amongst the terrain.

I like the aesthetic. It looks very dark and gloomy. It has a great concept and a lot of potential.

The main problem I have with the scene is that the trees look extremely repetitive. It would probably be better to have a couple of additional models, but you can get a lot of variety by rotating and scaling your trees to different degrees to reduce noticable repetition.

I really like the skybox, it gives a feeling like this almost taking place on another planet. The texture on the tower looks really nice, the vines definitely feel like they pop out.

I think two biggest problems is that its almost a little too dark (which is definitely just an opinion, I usually turn up contrast and what not when it turns to night in games, just because it annoys me if I can't see everything.) The second is the trees. They're all faced the same way and they're the same height. I think even rotating them and scaling them wouldn't give as much of a repetitive feeling.

I like the sense of scale in your scene I think you should add some trees that arnt dead to give your world a more liv
ely feeling.

need to finish rotating the trees and add in a few that are still alive, then I think i need some smaller marsh plants. after that i'll work on making the water look better then probably update the mud texture. at some point i'll get my hands on something to make better textures, hopefully.

I like the vein-like detail on your towers and the atmosphere portrayed from all the dead trees.

I think it would improve your atmosphere to add a couple different models and sizes of trees as well as possibly adding some scorch marks or something to accentuate the sundered land.
